October is the season of sweet scented osmanthus. In the strong sweet scented osmanthus, on the 9th, I was appointed by the company leaders to attend the second meeting of the 6th National Technical Committee for standardization of electrical instruments and the 39th International Symposium and Exhibition on electromagnetic measurement technology, standards and products. The meeting was held in Changsha, Hunan Province. The opening ceremony was delivered by Mr. Zheng Xiaoping, chairman of Weisheng Holding Co., Ltd. and President of Weisheng research, and Mr. He Jizhi, sales director of Chenzhou jingxun photoelectric Co., Ltd. I also listened to the topics of leaders of the National Standards Committee and the China Federation of aircraft manufacturers. I learned the work summary of Technical Committee in 2018-2019. Finally, Yu Lei and other comrades from the organizing committee will take the team to visit the exhibition hall. During the two-day period, I studied the "research and practice of customer side ubiquitous power Internet of things" which was taught by Mr. Zheng Angang of China Electric Power Research Institute Co., Ltd;"IEC standards and thinking under the new situation -" by Mr. Zhu De of Jiangsu Linyang Energy Co., Ltd;

"Research on ubiquitous power Internet of things app test method" by Mr. Shen Li from Electric Power Research Institute of State Grid Hubei Electric Power Co., Ltd;

Mr. Xiong Dezhi from the power service center of State Grid Hunan Electric Power Co., Ltd. gave a lecture on "Application Research of ubiquitous power Internet of things in power metering and customer service";

Zhou Chao, a teacher from the Electric Power Research Institute of State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Co., Ltd., gave a wonderful explanation of more than ten teachers, such as "key technologies of electric energy measurement and collection to adapt to competitive power retail market", so as to fully understand the application and development prospect of ubiquitous Internet of things.
